In Black version I used the Zorua (or Zoroark I can't remember...) that was distributed when the games were released. It was probably one of the more useful Pokemon I had and it was fun to use. After a month or two of the games' release, people I battled had figured out what Zorua and Zoroark could do, so the element of surprise wore off somewhat. My advice to you is to not put it at the front of your party right off the bat. Actually you might even consider saving it as your last Pokemon just to keep your opponents guessing throughout the match.

Whether you evolve it or not is completely up to you. Some benefits of evolving it would be its higher Attacking and Speed stats, whereas some might say it's cuter unevolved.
